The blogposts settings contain all the settings you need to configure your blog posts pages. You can build your own blogpost page from scratch, but ofcourse we've provided the theme with a default blog post page.
How to edit the blogpost page?
The blogpost contains of sections and blocks, these sections and blocks can be added, editted and removed. You can use all the sections that are used on the homepage, but also have some specific ones for the blogposts.
First you'll have to navigate to the blogpost template.
You can do this by navigating to Blog posts -> Default blog post in the top bar of the theme editor
Once on this page, the default template is ready to be editted!
General 'Blog posts' settings
The general blog posts settings contains the basic settings for the blog posts page.
The blog posts section also contain blocks, which are there to add and style the elements of your blog posts.
Simply click on the 'section' to open the settings.
On the right sidebar, the following settings will show:
Blog post
Use larger font size:
If checked, the blog page will use a larger font size, so i might be easier to read for your customers.
Compact view:
By default the text of the blog will center and have whitespace on the left and right side. If you want to make the blog page full width, uncheck this box.
Blocks of the collections
as stated before, the blogposts page contain blocks. These blocks can be setup in the blogposts section. The blocks are there to design your blogposts page to your taste.
We'll go by the blogposts section blocks one by one.
Title, author and date block
The title author and date block is one important setting, it contains the following options:
Show title in full width banner:
If checked, the title will show in the blog image (banner).
Image overlay opacity:
If you want a overlay on your featured blog image, you can set the opacity here.
This comes in handy when you have the title in the full width banner, so everything becomes more readable!
Full width banner color scheme:
Select the color scheme you would like to use for the full width banner.
Show estimated reading time:
Check this box if you would like to show the estimated reading time.
Featured image block
The featured image block contains no settings. When this block is used, you can show the featured image of the blog anywhere within the page.
Excerpt block
The excerpt block contains no settings. When this block is used, you can show the excerpt of the blog anywhere within the page.
Content block
The content block contains no settings, but may just be the most important section. This block contains your blog content, so you can show the content of the blog anywhere within the page.
Tags block
The tags block contains no settings. When this block is used, you can show the tags of the blog anywhere within the page.
Comments block
The comments block contains no settings. This blog makes it possible for customers to show write comments and see them. When this block is used, you can show the comments of the blog anywhere within the page.
Spacer block
The spacer block is a neat and handy feature within Theme Xtra. You can determine a whitespace between the blocks with the spacer block!
The spacer block has the following setting:
Height:
Determine the whitespace between the elements, this is would be the height of the spacer. Choose between: -100px to 200px.

The social share buttons section has the following options:

Check which icons should be shown when clicked on 'Share this product'.
