โWhile support is provided free of charge, it does not include modifications to the original source code.
We provide theme support only to merchants who have purchased a theme through Shopify's theme store, and they can also update their theme to a newer version at any time. However, we do not provide theme support or updates to merchants who have purchased themes from any other sources.
We reserve the right to refuse or deny support service at our discretion, and any abusive comments towards our support team will result in the immediate and permanent denial of all future services.
Theme support includes;
Fixing bugs and issues within clean, unaltered theme installations
Answering questions about the theme's features and settings
Providing assistance with setting up included features
Providing updated theme versions for future installations without additional cost.
Theme support does not include;
Any changes or modifications to the design or code
Troubleshooting issues related to Shopify's admin, debugging broken code or functionality caused by theme modifications or app installations
Transferring code changes between themes or across theme versions
Installation or removal of third-party plugins or apps
Also, it is important to note that updates are optional and can lead to changes in design, code change for improving performance, functionality, and stability of the theme. Our team cannot assist in making your new theme version look like your old theme version in case of design changes.
